Q: What is your reservation policy?
A: All reservations require a credit card and a security deposit to secure your reservation. All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the event start time. Failure to give 24 hours cancellation notice will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the security deposit. |

| Q: Where do I go to pick-up my rental? A: Kegerator Rentals are delivered to you free of charge within Colorado Springs city limits. Other rentals can be delivered within Colorado Springs city limits for a $25 fee, or you can arrange to pick it up by calling (719) 337-3325 or (719) 963-4425. |

| Q: How do I order a Kustom Kegerator? A: Simply Contact Us and our experienced design team will listen to your ideas and document a concept. We then review all aspects of the concept and provide mock-ups and sketches for clarity. Once you are satisfied with the design, you sign off on the details and provide a desposit before any work begins. We pride ourselves in ensuring that your kegerator turns out exactly how you wanted! |

| Q: What does my Kustom Kegerator come with? A: Your kegerator will come with everything you need to start enjoying draft beer at home. All you need to provide is a keg full of beer! (Optional 5 gallon corny kegs may be included, contact us for more details.) We also provide a draft beer cleaning system to keep your new unit running smoothly! |

| Q: Do you teach me how to use my Kustom Kegerator? A: After your kegerator is built we provide a detailed walk through of the system to ensure that you are comfortable will all aspects of your new kegerator. Our best-in-class customer support is always there for you when you need it. |

| Q: How do I maintain my Kustom Kegerator? A: Your kegerator should be thoroughly cleaned once a year. This process requires the removal of the keg(s) so that you can clean out the inside of the unit. Then, you should proceed to clean and sanitize your lines and taps using the draft beer cleaning system that we provided with your kegerator. Once the lines and faucets have been cleaned and flushed with water you are ready to re-assemble your kegerator and enjoy your home draft system for another year! Your yearly cleaning should take less than 30 minutes! |
